TRI-BÙ / TEST PARTICIPATION

Terms & Conditions
and Privacy Policy

Introductory test · Version 1.1 · 11 October 2026

Please read before submitting your answers. Participation is open only to adults aged 18 or over.

PART I · TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 What is Tri-bù?

Tri-bù is a social-connection project designed to help people find meaningful connections through mental patterns. Its introductory test contains two calibration questions and four open-ended questions. The results are used to assign a digital creature called a “tri-bi”.

2 Participation and answering

Participation is voluntary. Please answer in your native language, in your own words and without generative AI. Give yourself time to explore ideas freely: spelling, style and the ideas themselves are not graded. Each open answer must contain at least 200 characters. Do not include names or identifying details about other people.

3 Results and limitations

We confirm receipt of submitted answers and aim to assign a tri-bi within 48 hours. The methodology is evolving. Results are intended for community connection and exploration, not as a medical diagnosis, validated psychological or intelligence assessment, or guarantee of compatibility. Participation does not guarantee future access to any particular feature or event.

4 Your submissions

You retain rights to your original responses. You permit Tri-bù to process them for the purposes set out below. We will not publish your responses in an identifiable form or use them in advertising without obtaining your permission. Please do not submit unlawful, abusive or third-party confidential material.

5 Changes to the test

We may update questions, refine the classification method or suspend access for reasonable operational reasons. Material changes affecting personal data processing will be explained in an updated notice, with new consent requested when required.

PART II · PRIVACY POLICY

6 Data controller and contact

The controller is Tri-bù Studios by Lola Furones, Weihermattstrasse 20, 5242 Birr, Switzerland. Contact us for data protection requests at info@tri-bu.com.

7 Information collected

We collect your email address, answers to four open questions, listed areas of expertise and, if voluntarily provided, information about whether you identify as or suspect you are neurodivergent and your choice concerning public display. We may also process technical information necessary to operate and secure the website and forms, such as submission timestamps and device or network data. Please avoid putting your name or contact details in the text of your answers.

8 Purposes, method and human access

We use this information to receive and confirm submissions, review mental patterns, calibrate the evaluation, assign and communicate your tri-bi, maintain the service, and develop and validate our methodology and future analytical models. Assessment is blind to direct identifiers: contact details are kept separately from the content reviewed. At this stage, Lola Furones is the only human Tri-bù evaluator authorised to access original responses for analysis. Submitted text may nevertheless contain identifying clues; therefore this is pseudonymisation, not guaranteed anonymity.

9 Providers and AI analysis

The test is presented through Framer; information is stored using Microsoft OneDrive and associated technical services. For analysis, Tri-bù manually enters the four open answers and calibration responses, including any optional neurodivergence response, into OpenAI ChatGPT and Anthropic Claude (their chat interfaces, not APIs). Tri-bù does not deliberately send the corresponding name or email address to either AI provider. These services nonetheless receive the submitted text, and their handling, retention and any safety review are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We will disable general model-improvement/training options in the accounts used for this activity; certain safety, legal or operational exceptions may still apply. We do not sell information or intentionally share it with advertisers, venues or other users for their independent purposes.

10 Neurodivergence: separate, explicit choices

The neurodivergence question is optional. Tri-bù processes your answer for calibration and method improvement, including submission of that answer without your name/email to the AI services named above, only if you give separate, explicit consent at that question. You may select “Prefer not to say”. A public neurodivergence marker is off by default and requires a second, independent, explicit opt-in. You may withdraw either consent via info@tri-bu.com. Withdrawal stops future consent-based processing but does not undo lawful processing already performed or erase irreversibly anonymised statistics.

11 Legal framework and international access

We process ordinary data to provide the test you request and, where lawful, for legitimate operational and security interests. We rely on separate explicit consent for sensitive neurodivergence data and its optional public display. Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies; the GDPR may also apply where its territorial rules are met. Framer, Microsoft, OpenAI and Anthropic may process data outside Switzerland, including in the EU/EEA and United States, or use service providers elsewhere, subject to their applicable contractual and transfer safeguards. Cross-border processing is not limited to Swiss servers.

12 How long information is kept

Tri-bù retains identifiable submissions, related calibration data and contact details while you participate in Tri-bù, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer period is legally necessary. If you leave or request deletion, we will remove or anonymise information under our control, subject to applicable obligations. Properly anonymised research findings and statistics may be kept longer. Copies in ChatGPT, Claude, Framer or Microsoft systems can follow their providers’ own deletion and retention rules, including backup and safety exceptions.

13 Security, rights and requests

We limit human access, separate identity information from assessment content and use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, and exercise other rights available under applicable law by emailing info@tri-bu.com. We may verify your identity before acting. Where relevant, you may also contact the Swiss FDPIC or an applicable EU/EEA supervisory authority.

14 Updates and further information

This notice describes the intended introductory-test workflow as of the version date. We will revise it when the actual infrastructure, provider arrangements or processing purposes change. Please also consult the published privacy terms of Framer, Microsoft, OpenAI and Anthropic for information about their own processing.
